Services Policy:

www.simstc.com will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.

Cancellations and Refunds:

• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule courses due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another course.
• Participants may request a refund within [3] days of enrollment if they decide not to proceed with the course, provided that no course materials have been accessed. A processing fee may apply.

Termination
