1. Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
• The request for a refund must be made within 3 days from the date of purchase.
• The training course or materials must not have been fully accessed or completed.
• You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.


2. Non-Refundable Items
Certain items are non-refundable. These include:
• Completed courses or training programs
• Downloaded course materials
• Customized training programs
• Membership or subscription fees (unless stated otherwise in the membership terms)


3. Initiating a Refund
To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:
1. Contact our customer service team at sales@simstc.com within 3 days of your purchase.
2. Provide your order number, details of the course, and the reason for the refund request.
3. Our customer service team will review your request and guide you through the process.


4. Processing Refunds
Once we receive your refund request, we will review and notify you of the status of your refund.
• If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
• You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.


5. Partial Refunds
In certain circumstances, partial refunds may be granted:
• If a course is partially completed
• If the refund request is made after the specified refund period but within a reasonable timeframe


6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
• First, check your bank account again.
• Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
• Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
• If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at sales@simstc.com.


7. Course Transfers
We do not offer direct exchanges for courses. However, if you wish to transfer your enrollment to another course, please contact us at sales@simstc.com or 02 6289981. Transfers are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
